Artwork Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to avoid production delays and ensure accurate printing.

1. File Format

• Preferred formats: AI, PDF (print-ready), EPS.
• High-quality PNG/JPG can be accepted for simple artwork.

2. Color Mode

• Use CMYK for print files.
• Convert RGB elements before submission.

3. Resolution

• Minimum 300 DPI at final print size.
• Avoid low-resolution web images.

4. Bleed and Safe Area

• Add 3 mm bleed on all sides unless otherwise specified.
• Keep important text/logos inside safe margins.

5. Fonts and Lines

• Outline all fonts or include font files.
• Use minimum 0.25 pt line thickness for print clarity.

6. Final Approval

Production starts only after your final artwork proof approval.
